Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note all sales are final and no cancellation for any items will be accepted.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to COVID-19 restrictions being imposed around the world, the Australia post and respective International networks are experiencing significant delays which are currently impacting normal estimated delivery timeframes. Whilst we continue to pack and dispatch as efficiently as possible, these delays are beyond The Outlier’s control. We do apologise in advance.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
- $12.00 AUD for Express shipping with tracking via Australia Post (approximately 1-4 Business days) or
- $10.50 AUD for Standard shipping with tracking via Australia Post (approximately 3-6 Business days)
- OR FREE standard shipping with tracking via Australia Post for all orders over $75.00 AUD
Delivery to rural areas can take 5-7 business days from dispatch date.
- $26.00 AUD standard shipping with tracking via International Pack and Track
- Free standard shipping with tracking via International Pack and Track for all orders over $180.00 AU
International deliveries have an estimated delivery time of 7-12 Business days from date of dispatch, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays may be experienced due to COVID-19 restrictions/precautions, public holidays, customs, for remote areas, extreme weather conditions and issues with the local postal service, and this is out of our control. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Once you have placed your order, for piece of mind you may email email@example.com to request the following:
- insurance at an additional cost of $1.50 per $100 of your item's value (or part thereof). This provides you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post.
- signature upon delivery at an additional cost of $2.95 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request.
Please note it is your responsibility as a customer to request and pay for any additional coverage on your order. We will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged articles & are not obliged to replace or refund if the appropriate insurance coverage is not paid for by the customer.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you once the items have been dispatched to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments with Australia post. You are also responsible for tracking the progress of your shipment and ensuring you collect your parcel from your local post office if an attempted delivery has failed. If you fail to collect your shipment and your order is returned to sender, you are liable for the re-shipment cost and no refunds will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE -
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. The Outlier will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you familarise yourself with any import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package.
When you pre-order an item from The Outlier, it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer.
All orders that include pre-order items will be shipped when the entire order is ready for shipment. For partial shipment options please contact us directly, additional shipping fees will apply for partial shipments.
All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled and are therefore are not eligible for a refund.
Estimated dispatch time frames for pre-order items detailed in the product description are to be used as a guide only. Some delays may be experienced during production or due to logistics and this is out of our control.
Please note when ordering a 'pre-order' item, we encourage you to pay for the order separately to other items you would like to purchase, to will allow shipment of your other items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date.
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
Expected new arrivals and items that may be restocked will be labelled as "pre-order". Unfortunately The Outlier cannot provide definitive release dates however you may subscribe to our newsletter to receive up to date information or express interest for items you wish to be restocked.
